"Hold Me" is a song by Savage Garden, released as the sixth overall single from their second studio album, Affirmation. The song was first performed live at the Sydney Olympic Games Closing Ceremony in October 2000, with Darren wearing a T-shirt depicting the Aboriginal flag. The music video features Darren and Daniel walking around Borough Market and streets in south London, whilst trucks and drive in and out of them. The single was most successful in the United Kingdom where it reached #17.
